Delicate craftsmanship creates delicate idea. 1. Heat conductivity and flameproofing:
During production, advanced technology is adopted to ensure even distribution of products particles, while burning at high temperature, crystal water is rapidly sublimed, to guarantee best heat absorption and antiflaming ratio. (Figure 1, demonstration of heat conductivity and flameproofing, candle can not cause any burn patterns)
2. Impact resistance:
Special auxiliary agents are used to enhance tightness combination among resin, Acrylic and filling molecule, and high strength ensure impact resistance for products ( figure 2, during experiment of impact resistance, after bowls and dishes are shivered, table-board of artificial stone is sound), which reduces crack rate to the minimum extent.
3. Fouling resistance and easy care:
With vacuum production technology, bubbles of products can be removed, increase density and nonporous of artificial stone, to ensure excellent fouling resistance and easy care of artificial stone, prevent it from any fouling saturations, smoke marks, inks etc. can be easily removed.( figure 3, during easy care experiment, wipe artificial stone lightly to remove sauces without leaving any stain; figure 4, during fouling resistance experiment, it is only required to wash paints with water that artificial stone is clean)
4. Healthy and environmental protection:
Healthy, environmental protection and zero radioactivity material is used for production, product is nonpoisonous and odorless, and ACUTE TOXICITY TEST is passed, it is concluded from inspection result that it is nonpoisonous material , and it can contact with foods for long- term. (Figure 5, artificial stone is healthy and environmental protection, it is safety to contact with foods in a kitchen).Meanwhile, it is solid and nonporous without emitting any odor, and animalcule including bacterium and mildews can not hide.
5. Reparability:
Solid materiel of JINSHI is a combination of ultrafine molecule, it can be repairable, small scratches and mark cuts can be polished with abrasive paper, serious damage can be repaired by mechanically polishing, so after long-term use, solid materiel can be recovered like new through easy care, which is a absolutely wise investment for long-term( figure 6, periodical polishing can ensure products like new after long-term use).
6. Plasticity and seamless splicing;
