Process and maintenance of JINSHI solid material JINSHI solid material has an innovative and compact structure without a pore, it leaves no space for bacterium and dirties, which is convenient for cleaning. To keep JINSHI solid material clean, the proper maintenance method is required: 1. Basic maintenance of artificial stone Artificial stone has good physical characteristics, water stains, foods, dusts and bacterium will never penetrate its surface. During daily maintenance, it is only required to use a sponge, a soap or a window-cleaning, a paper towel to wipe dust and dirty, use a diluted bleaching agent and water in (1:1) ratio or other disinfectant fluids to wipe a surface for disinfection, note that use a dry towel to absorb water stains duly, and try to keep a table-board dry. 2. Special care for artificial stone Decontamination steps to remove China inks, hair dyes and food pigments, it is required to treat according to different plate surfaces. A. Polish surface: use a cleaning agent to polish in a circular motion, then wash and towel. At some while, use a wiper to wipe the whole table-board one time, to keep a surface polishing. B. Matte: Use a wiper dipping of non-polishing cleaning agents for attrition in circular motion. Use a towel to dry it. Use non-polishing buffing materials to balance a surface effect. C. High glossy: Use a sponge and non-polishing brightening agents to grind. Dirty is very difficult to remove, which can be burnished by a 1200 grit emery paper, then polished with a soft cloth and brightening agent. D. Flume of artificial stone: Use a cleaning agent and water. Infuse in a diluted bleaching agent with water in 1:1 ratio for 10-15 minutes, then wash the bottom and surround with water. 3. Solution for special problem of artificial stone (remove knife marks, nicks and burning marks). One of advantages of artificial stone is repairable after being scratched or damaged. it is required to remove knife marks and nicks according to different surfaces likewise with dirties removal. A. Polish surface: use an 600 grit sander to grind in a circular motion, after remove knife marks and nicks, use a 800-1200 grit sander to grind in a circular motion, finally use a wiper to wipe. B. Matte: it is same as above polish surface treatment, use a soft cloth and a brightening agent to wipe, then use a wiper to wipe. C. High glossy: use an 800 grit sander to grind till nicks are removed, and use a 1200-1500 sander, then use an 2000 grit sander. 4. Maintenance of artificial stone A. Put a heated pan, a heated tray or other over heated utensils that are just heated by fire or in a microwave oven on a table-board of artificial stone, it is required to use a heat insulation pad or a tripod with rubber stands to fence out. While putting an electric frying pan or other heated utensils on a table-board, it is required to underlay a fireproofing pad, to avoid damage to table-board of artificial stone. Long time exposure to chemicals may cause damage to a table-board of artificial stone. If a paint remover, a cleaning agent for oven, a solution contained acetone or methine chloride, a deacidification agent, a toilet bowl cleaner, a adhesive and a paint thinner etc. are spattered onto a table-board, it is required to use soap water to clean as soon as possible, rinse with water, then towel it. B. Before hot water is poured into a flume, it is required to pour cold water; hot oils should be cooled, before pour then into a flume or dispose. C. It is required to slice vegetables on a cutting board, rather than directly slice a table-board of artificial stone, neither impact a surface directly by an overweight or over sharp object, nor burn by boiled water immediately after clean with cold water, to avoid leaving marks. If a table-board of artificial stone is watered for a long time, which forms dirties( due to water contains abundant bleaching agents and incrustations), it lightens a table-board color and affects the appearance, it is required to towel off the surface as soon as possible, use a dryer to or an 600-1200 grit levigation paper to wipe, spray some brighten agents after it is dry. Use some oils and a damp cloth to wipe a surface to remove thin white marks.
